Loft conversions are first and foremost a carpentry job. We lead the build from structural timbers through to the final architrave, and bring in our trusted electricians, plumbers, gas engineers and plasterers so the whole conversion runs under one team.
Most conversions we take on are rear or side dormers on standard West Sussex semis and terraces, plus the occasional L-shape or hip-to-gable. Whether you're after an extra bedroom and en-suite, a master suite, a home office or a teenager's hideout, the carpentry approach is the same: get the structure right, get the stair right, and the rest follows.
We handle building control sign-off, structural calcs through a local engineer, and the day-to-day site coordination. You get one point of contact from the first survey to the final snag list — no chasing separate trades.
